Conference Overview and Industry Focus
Football veteran Fernando Morientes will deliver a keynote address at SBC Summit Tbilisi 2026, scheduled for July 15–16. The event will take place at the Sheraton Grand Metechi Palace Hotel and focus on technological developments in contemporary football.The fourth iteration of the conference, organized by SBC and SMH, will host approximately 2,500 industry professionals and representatives from up to 50 companies across Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and the Caucasus. Morientes, a three-time UEFA Champions League winner, will discuss the integration of technology in sports, the influence of commercial operations on athletic development, and the leadership frameworks that drive success in both professional football and corporate environments.
The summit is presented by EGT Georgia and Amusnet.
Morientes stated: "I am pleased to be attending SBC Summit Tbilisi 2026. I look forward to meeting participants, sharing my experience, and being part of this special event." SMH founder Lasha Machavariani added that the summit remains the largest regional gathering for the igaming and sports sectors, noting that Morientes’ participation will reinforce Tbilisi’s position as a central hub for international industry dialogue.
