Valente entered the Brazilian iGaming market when it operated without formal oversight. During that period, many operators did not apply international industry standards, and affiliate programs faced frequent structural changes. A notable disruption occurred between late 2014 and early 2015, when several companies unilaterally lowered commission rates and ended partnership agreements, resulting in financial losses for a large number of affiliates.
