ADI Predictstreet Launches Platform Ahead of World Cup 2026

ADI Predictstreet has officially launched its prediction market platform on 8 June, timed to coincide with the upcoming FIFA 2026 World Cup. The service is currently operational in Gibraltar and has expanded availability to 23 US states through a strategic partnership with Fanatics Markets.

Platform Features and Licensing

The platform operates under a betting intermediary license issued by Gibraltar on 26 March under the 2005 Gambling Act. It represents the first consumer application built on ADI Chain, a Layer 2 blockchain infrastructure designed for institutional compliance. The system supports funding via both fiat currencies and digital assets, accessible across mobile and desktop interfaces.

Through the co-branded World Cup Hub, the service facilitates real-time forecasting and live streaming integration. A "near real-time" settlement engine allows users to place and resolve bets during gameplay. Additionally, a recent agreement with DAZN embeds prediction markets directly into live sports streaming environments to support the US rollout.

Dimitrios Psarrakis, CEO of ADI Predictstreet, stated: "ADI Predictstreet was created to redefine how fans engage with live events. As we go live ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026, we are proud to deliver a secure, regulated and globally scalable platform that combines technology, prediction markets and real-time participation at an unprecedented level."

Wire Industries, the parent company of WagerWire, also received approval in principle to launch its prediction market in the British overseas territory this week.
